Melt Blown Non-Woven

Deep electrostatic electret technology is used,
adopt a conventional fabrication method of micro-and nanofibers where a polymer melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high speed, the fibers are bombarded with ions by a high voltage electric field causing local air breakdown to deposit the charge on the surface of the fibers. This is then treated again with a jet of high-pressure water to stabilize the charge within the fibers.
